Harrington, Delaware Rod & Custom Show

The show was held at the Delaware State Fair Grounds.  There were 100s of cars on exhibit mostly Chevy’s & Fords and a splattering of other makes and models.  Only about 5% of the vintage cars were stock or kept original.  In addition to the show cars there was a flee market and swap meet.  On Saturday afternoon they were auctioning off vehicles some stock cars, mostly vintage 60s & 70s.

This car was from Pennsylvania.  At first I thought it was a P15 but no.  It is a 47 Ford.

Actually my wife spotted it because her parents use to have one.  Of course, not quite like this one.

There were plenty of Fords and T buckets.  In the back there was an old school bus.

One Bad Ass Pontiac

The owner said the car ran great but did admit that it was hard to make right turns.  You really can't see anything until you complete the turn.

I guess this guy can only make Lefts.

Last but not least there was one 1948 Plymouth 4 door Sedan

Maybe next year there might be two.

I better get back to work.!!!
