1948 Plymouth Special Deluxe (p15)

Continued to chip away at the front end.   After 2 years of work everything now is in final assembly.  Now that the firewall is finished I can assemble the front clip and get the car ready for the paint shop in the spring.

• This weekend was my last opportunity to get my final coat of body color on the firewall.

• Body color is Cobalt Blue PPG Code 2116

• The weather cooperated so by the time I was ready to paint the temperature in the garage was about 75 degrees.

• I ran two quartz heaters over night.  The paint dry just fine.

• PS... The floor has a blue drop cloth.  The blue isn't overspray.

• Sunday cleaned up the garage and removed the masking material.
• Reinstalled the drivers side wheel assembly.
• Installed the new coil spring.
