Does anyone know where I might find a 19" Split Rim that I can use for a spare tire ?  Having one custom made is very costly.

Chet, I might have one and can look in the garage this weekend. I'll make sure it's 19 in and take pictures of it.  You don't want to keep your 20-in wheels?

Hi Ted,

Nice hearing from you I hope things are going well.  I decided to try and fix the front wheel and probably keep or sell the 19" wheels. They are nicely respoked.  Not much difference other than the actual tire size marked on the tire.  Both the 19" and 20" 4.75/500 tires have the same 30" OD.  So for now hopefully I can get this back on the road with the 20" wheels.

PS... If you do have one that you don't need I would be interested to complete the set.  4 wheels and a spare.  I'll be in your area visiting my daughter during the two weeks after Xmas.

I'll look at it closer and take some pictures for you. It's one that my Dad had for years and I really don't know what it's for.  If it's something you think you might want after you see it, that's works out good that you'll be down over the holidays.

Ted,

Measure the width and the diameter of empty rim.  I assume it doesn't fit on your car ?  You also have 20" tires.

The OD of a 20" Rim edge to edge is approximately 21"
The OD of a 19" Rim edge to edge is approximately 20 & 1/4" or 20"

The inside radius difference is only 1/2"
Outside rim width edge to edge (no tire) is approximately 4"
4 lug wheel.

Tks Chet...

Hi Chet,

Yes I have the 20" wood wheels...I do apologize, the rim I thought was a 19" is a 20" with an old Allstate tire on it.  Since it is 20", I probably keep it just in case I ever need it (and hopefully I won't).
