That is probably  why the first clamp is way back at muffler gives motor , little flex that they seem to have , time to work . I am going to see about getting a few measurements from .

Do not really know . Do not have tail pipe on mine yet . There are two styles on the trucks . A long sloping to up over the axle and like your lube chart and the four cylinder trucks a hump right at axle . Neither should change this detail . I have ask friend for close up of bracket . May take till he can get to .

You can see hanger on the above drawing . It is on tank cross frame and the down curve of pipe . Seen in other pics some where on AACA site .

Yes on tubing sizes . Electrical will not work all are inside measured and none exactly . Tractor Supply may have , done know about length . Any fab shop should have .

Common problem . If you do not need original . Mine had straight on it with a flex hose to radiator and a second hose inside to fill out to size of 2 1-8" rad . Take to your local shop with stat and match flange and holes .
  Good Luck  Tom

Does have the duller look of nickel . Nickel is easily electrically applied or plated . I use to do on belt buckles instead of silver that dulls out faster . Redid my gage bezel came out decent .
