Here some other parts you may need . Note strap was likely made by upholstery shop , because of use of staples and then sewing .

Can do on measurements . But you just need round stock to arc to the shape . Do you have pics of locks you have that it is pinned to . I'll lay some scale / ruler by to show .

Can only tell on mine . Two looms goes forward to where frame and cross radiator support meet , then ducks out site . One loom for right side goes along engine side of radiator support it has metal loops on frame then thur frame along inside to go thur hole at inside fender well up to grommeted hole in fender . Left side typical . you see tabs hook various spots to hold it . I figure with your front mounted horn would go up thur fender at headlight station and travel thur it . my horns on inside .

All looks good . Once in tire will not snap open . On my spare I lock with tie wire as you show . Was afraid some one at car show would mess with . I had one violently open when bouncing to seat new tire . It blew tube when it can out .

Give a call and talk to . Unless your spokes are damage , shrinkage can be handled in different ways . You would be surprise what replacing the hickory's natural oil does for swelling back . Maybe even epoxies could come into filling space . He'll probably want to lay eyes on .  I  am not sure that the hub to spoke contact is that tight to start with . The spokes lock on the sides with the pie shape angle and to the outer ring shoulder .

General Discussion / Re: Hub Nut Question
October 29, 2021, 05:03:11 PM
Do searches on " Extra Wide  and/or Jam Hex Nuts . The over sizing of nut was common as harden to grade was more expensive . DB had some of there own hardware made and marked to get quality they wanted .
