Title: Service Bulletins
Post by: 1930 on November 26, 2011, 09:36:48 PM
I have collected a bunch of late 20s early thirties Plymouth service bulletins and confidential bulletins. They are good info and would like to have more of them. If anyone is interested in exchanging photo copies of what they might have for what I have let me know. My e-mail is jhason2@yahoo.com Thanks

If you have something that would be of great interest or help to the forum members I would be glad to post these in the Tech Section.

Just a thought,  Chet...

I am sorry for the delay, not worth explaining except I have alot going on. I would like to offer what might be of assistance Chet and you can post it as you say.
Would someone please tell me who PLY33 is on the AACA site, I dont understand why people dont use their first names so we all know who we are dealing with.
He made ( has made ) some very good posts and one in particular stood out to me and I would like to know if he posts here as well and who he is by name. Thank-you

P.S I dont normally collect too much Plymouth memorbilia unless it has something to do with something I am working on and these bulletins just came to me with other literature I was purchasing/ requesting as a package deal.
Some of them are well into the thirties, some of them are original and some of them are photocopies. There are only maybe 25 or so, maybe less maybe more
They all have good information but maybe the later bulletins have no place here on this site. I do hope the information will be usefull to some of you guys.
I cant send them all at once because of time but can do my best with what time I have.

I understand because I usually have more going on then I can handle.   I could post any related bulletins in the Tech Section maybe you could send a scan of 1 or 2 at a time.  Sometimes copies are really heard to read that's why I have transcribed some information but here again finding time to do the work is the hard part.

You can email to chetbrz@aol.com

I believe ply33 is Tod Fitch.

His website:  http://www.ply33.com/

Thanks Chet...

I am sorry, I have a signature set up on AACA website and thought I had carried all of that over to here. I only go to 3 sites and I guess somehow I missed this one,  never noticed that, thanks for for pointing that out. Let me see if I can figure out how to correct that.
Should be good to go now

Just an up-date, without getting into reasoning ( I have already explained to Chet and its not a problem with him ) the service bulletins I am slowly scanning are being posted here........http://www.ply33.com/Repair/bulletins..........I hope there will be something of interest for everyone.

Many years ago the Plymouth Owners Club tried collecting one of every service bulletin,  a task that wasn't completed because we couldn't fill in "all the blanks".  Would be interested in what SB's you have - the date and number on them.  If you have time you can reply back to me at benji@utma.com

And so what happened with the bulletins you were able to collect, are they available for people to referance?
