:(Hi, hope all is going well. It's a nice day here in Colorado so I decided to find out why my 29 would not start. Found the starter switch on the floor is not making conntact. Does anyone know where I could find one of these for a 1929.

Thanks for any help

General Discussion / Floor covering

Haven't posted in a while. Been to cold here in Colorado to do much work on my car but finally have a couple of nice days and need some advice.
The wood floors in my 29 4 door are in great shape but just bare painted wood. What would be the correct material to put down if any. Thanks for any help.

By the even though I haven't posted lately I do enjoy reading all the post.
Thanks Chet for putting this togather and congrats on coming up on a year.

General Discussion / 29 wheel puller
August 21, 2007, 07:57:55 PM
Well I made it back from vacation and had a lot of fun at Reno Hot August Nights. Saw many classic cars including a 1930 Plymouth coupe, it looked good. I went to the swap meet to see if I could find anything for my Plymouth and all I found were some pretty ruff hub caps so didn't get anything.
I am still looking for a wheel puller for my 1929 Plymouth. I found one for a Ford Model T that looks like it may work. Does anyone know if it will fit my Plymouth.

General Discussion / 29 brakes

I got the front brakes off just fine and found out the wheel cyl. is also bad. I'll replace it all. Still have not got the rear wheels off but I'll come up with something. Thanks for the info on the parts I'll try him.

General Discussion / Headlights
June 14, 2007, 05:02:22 PM
I'm new at this and have just purchased a 1929 Plymouth Model U 4 door sedan that needs some TLC.
I am looking for a headlight, does anyone know where I can get one. Also after my first test drive I am going to pull the wheels and check all the breaks. Didn't stop very well scared the wife.  :)
