I've never changed a tire on one of these old split rims. I have the split rim tool but I don't know how to use it. Also, I don't know the correct procedure to unmount the old tire and mount the replacement. Are "how to" instructions available anywhere or can someone brief me on the correct procedure/process? Attached are the directions for using the Atlas Split Rim Tool. Once you have collapsed the split rim it is the same as changing a bicycle tire.
