Fuel gauge on 30u Plymouth is a very intrequette piece of equipment , at least they are made so that they can be pulled apart, not like some modern day gauges.
The needle in gauge was not moving freely so had to ajust pivot points by bending brass support. also had to reverse wires as I am using alternater for time being this is because of positve to negative ground ,now gauge is reading smidgen under quarter of tank fuel when I dipped tank smidgen over 1/4.
sender in tank was seized when I purchased car last june Is now working !

I will post a picture of it if anyone is intererested, Car is almost ready for road worthy certificate, wont be long now !!!

What would be normal brake pedal travel on 30U Plymouth ?
I have new master cylinder ,wheel cylinders new brake hoses ,re-used brake shoes as are at 80%. Re-adjusted shoes ,bleed hydraulic system till no air was present and if pressed brake pedal hard can get pedal to almost floor board. Is this normal ?
