Dave's cap is correct, the one on Ebay is not for a Plymouth. Mine also has the wings broke off.

I had the repro done by Don years ago and it looks great...it is actually minutely smaller since it was in a mold.  You really don't notice unless next to an original (I have an original with a broken wing).  A little pricey, but worth it and an original one is most likely non-existent.
