Thoses have split size inner . Your original are 1 1/4 straight thur . Hagen Auto Parts was about 70 ea . to do SS and rebuild like new . Had him do my four and reline shoes in 2016 was under 5 hundred . Linings where bonded on not as original riveted . Do not know about lining hardness . Seems to have metallic in , think maybe should be softer other may know more .
I am currently using these cylinders on my car. I got them from Andy Bernbaum when he still owned the business. They work for sure but the rubber dust covers are a little fatter then the originals and you may find that the hub bolts may rub a flat spot on them. Just an FYI...

Pictures from a few years back when I redid my whole brake system. They made the hoses, rebuilt the master cylinder and all the wheel cylinders sleeved with stainless steel.

I could probably find the receipt somewhere in the garage tomorrow. But I think it was just over $600. 620-630ish.
That was all of it. Summer of 2014.
I recently had my wheel cylinders and master cylinder sleeved and it was $50 for each wheel cylinder and $95 for the master, not including shipping and sales tax. They were completely rebuilt and ready to install. They were sleeved with brass, not stainless. Everything was replaced except for the pistons.

Apple Hydraulics in Calverton New York. They have a web site but I don't know how add it to this reply. I actually dropped my parts off there and picked them up. Turn around time was less than a week.
I found them. Looks they resleeve with brass for $50 per piston, however you still have to supply the internals, so if my pucks are a little worn this may be no good. I may go with those $50 complete pistons mentioned earlier in this thread.
