Dear all,

finally my car seems to be going on the track. the mechanics, wood and structure is done. I am having a honeycomb radiator fitted to the correct specs, but it is taking forever. I wish I could have brought home one from the US... I am now looking at the details and need some help. I will post in different posts to avoid forgeting anything.

Can anyone post a photo of the correct hood latches model and the length? The ones on my car were all four different! Also if anyone knows of a source of good NOS I will apreciate the referral.

Hello all,
short question. Does anyone know or can check what is the amperage of the batteries for 1929 u model? I am either looking at the wrong places or cannot find it. Checked on the instruction book and the parts manual and could not find it there. Mind I am in Argentina and do not have access as you to everything. Buying a battery in the US and shipping it here is totally out of the question so I need to accomodate to what I can find.

Hello everyone,
Can anyone upload a nice looking photo of a radiator front. The radiator I had on the car had one design. I was looking at a very nicely restored ply this last weekend, and has a honeycomb. I was quite surprised to see this. So now I have the doubt of what was the original design. if anyone can help I will be more than appreciative.

I thought I would write something about how I am doing with my ply just to move you guys.
I still have not decided who will do the paint and bezels, still thinking I am getting ripped. Meanwhile I got quite a few things on eBay and elsewhere. Headlight lenses, rear lense and bought the YNZ electrical installation. I was traveling to the US this end of month to get hold of everything but my business trip got cancelled and will have to wait a couple of weeks more till one of the colleagues travels.

Hello all,

Last january I bought my first Plymouth, a 1929 Phaeton (U model). I am begining the restoration pretty soon and will surely need help as down here in Argentina there is not much access to printed information and parts. It is in working condition, I drove into the garage only... but I will have the engine tuned, the body painted, and god knows what else once works starts.
