I have a badge that is placed just in front of the drivers seat inline with the seat adjuster. it says LT DRAB H L F, DOVE NL L.
I am trying to work out what is means. Any ideas.

I have not seen a badge(s) like these before and I note yours is a Holden bodied car.  This is purely speculation but judging from the word LT DRAB - I'm guessing it is the color "light drab".  The other tag may have been another color code.  The spot where you have tags is where the body number tag was placed on U.S. built cars.
