There is a Guy on the aaca forum under chrysler parts for sale Section, He listed the riser mechanism if you still need one?, I also sent him a link to this site to post it for sale.

I am bringing a front and rear Double band set of Bumpers with square medalion plates the rear is the set that has the gap in bumper for the spare tire,may be same for other mopar cars as well
send me a PM if Interested. Do not ship these heavy B's anymore too expensive and a hassle. May have a few ornate Interior handles left and opera quarter cranks. Any other 29-30 stuff you seek send a pm will check if I have.

I think it should be a 947-B Delco if I have an extra and you are coming to Hershey and have not aqquired one, I could bring it

DON'T THINK THE WHEEL LUGS ARE THE SAME SIZE,AND THE WHEEL BACKING PLATE SIZE IS DIFFERENT??? I  UNDERSTAND WHY YOU WOULD WANT TO TRY AS THE 29U WIRE WHEELS ARE VERY HARD TO FIND
