Since the roof of my car is off and probably wasn't correct anyway, I would like to install a strip of wood across the top to hold the door frames in their proper position before I tighten down the door pillars. What I need is:
The distance between the rear doors. See picture below:

think you should check this with your frt seat back bolted in place as it pulls the door pillars together....

I don't need the floor dimension I need the roof dimension as the picture shows.
