I sure need a pair of levers.  I have pulled the throttle and light rods out of the steering column; there is a flat disc at the top end of the rods, that the levers were mounted on. Do replacement levers come with the disc attached?  It certainly looks that way as the stump of the levers is still attached to the discs.  I'd appreciate hearing from you or anyone else who has knowledge of these levers.
