Does anybody know which Model A ford rear seat spring bed will work in the 29U 4 dr sedan.

Rough dimension is 43.5" x 21.5" x 6"
  Could be 44" x 22" x 6"

I checked the seat spring on my '14 Model T and it is 44"X19"X6" covered but it has little or no padding except on the top cushion.  I had it made up by Lang's Old Car Parts years ago.  If you can't find a Model A  spring that works you can contact Lang's at 978-939-5500. I believe they can make up exactly what you want if you send them a template.  They are very good people to deal with.

Great Russ, Thanks.

If I can't fix what I have I may need to go down that route.  I ordered some coil spring replacements.

I found 44 different Ford Model A seat springs and nobody has measurements.  They are all car/model specific.  Mac auto parts also checked their supplier and the supplier didn't have measurements either.  Crazy.., they could probably sell more parts with measurements but I guess they are worried about returns ?
