My wife & I drove 1200 miles in 21 hours to pick up this haul of 29 goodness from Metarie Louisiana (suburb of New Orleans). The seller Popeye is a super nice guy. He is putting a 331 Hemi in his 29.

Nice find.  Sadly too many cars have succumbed to the hot rod crowd but it does provide us with parts to keep our cars running.

To be honest I am a member of the hot rod crowd. In fact my E-bay name is hotrod. E-bay was pretty new when I picked that name or I would never have been able to get it. On the other hand something as scarce as a 29 Touring needs to be kept as original as possible. There are plenty of other choices for a hot rod.
