I have seen pictures of the front license plate mounted on the bumper and some showing it hanging from the headlight bar.

I would like to hang the license plate between the headlights, from the headlight cross bar.

Some of you have it that way. What did you use for brackets?

You might be able to use the Model A brackets, which mount the same way.  I made my own since I put a topper on mine as well.
