I am rebuilding the brakes which lead to needing new king pins which has lead to removing the front axle and taking to a machine shop to get it all apart.  Since it is now apart, it needs to be painted.  I would guess that the chassis was all black but was it gloss or semi gloss?

I dont know if anyone, unless they worked the assmebly line, could tell you that to be cetain.
