Wheel balancing beads ?

Has anyone tried using wheel balancing beads?  I see them advertised in Model A parts supplier catalogs.  Snyders offers a kit for four tires.

Yes.  I have them in my 40 dodge fire truck.  It has 7x20 bias ply tube tires.  I installed those beads when I replaced the tubes.  They really work.  I then installed in my hot rod, 6 x16 bias ply tube tires.  The local hot rod club has a bunch of members that run beads, no issues.  Work nice.
